Cream Cheese Pumpkin Bars
Ingredients
Pumpkin Bars
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c salad oil (canola, sunflower, etc.)
- 4 eggs
- 16 oz pumpkin
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 c butter
- 5 c powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
Pumpkin Bars
- Heat oven to 350℉ (175℃) and grease an 11×13 pan.
- Mix oil, eggs, and pumpkin together in a bowl.4 eggs, 16 oz pumpkin, 1 c salad oil
- Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix.2 c flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, ¼ tsp salt, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 2 c sugar
- Bake for 30 minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting
- Mix together butter and cream cheese.8 oz cream cheese, 1 c butter
- Add and mix in vanilla and milk.1 tbsp vanilla, 1 tbsp milk
- Slowly add and mix in powdered sugar.5 c powdered sugar
