Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Bars

  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 c salad oil (canola, sunflower, etc.)
  • 4 eggs
  • 16 oz pumpkin

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 c butter
  • 5 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions
 

Pumpkin Bars

  • Heat oven to 350℉ (175℃) and grease an 11×13 pan.
  • Mix oil, eggs, and pumpkin together in a bowl.
    4 eggs, 16 oz pumpkin, 1 c salad oil
  • Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix.
    2 c flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, ¼ tsp salt, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 2 c sugar
  • Bake for 30 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • Mix together butter and cream cheese.
    8 oz cream cheese, 1 c butter
  • Add and mix in vanilla and milk.
    1 tbsp vanilla, 1 tbsp milk
  • Slowly add and mix in powdered sugar.
    5 c powdered sugar
