Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • ¾ c sugar
  • ½ c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 tbsp sour cream (optional)
  • ¼ c milk (optional)
  • pie spices (optional, to taste)
  • brown sugar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350℉ (175℃) and grease a pie pan.
  • In a bowl, blend together egg, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and optional sour cream, milk, and/or pie spices.

  • Pour mixture into pie pan.
  • Chop and add apple over the top.

  • Optional: Add brown sugar to the top, and bake for 1-2 minutes.
